Brent has been a proud resident of Morinville for the past 27 years, alongside his wife Jocelyne, who was born and raised in the area. Together, they have raised two sons and have established deep connections with relatives and friends within the community.
In 1999, Brent embarked on his real estate career after successfully owning and operating two businesses in Morinville. He initially joined the profession as an agent in St. Albert before acquiring the Morinville RE/MAX Real Estate office in 2001. Under his leadership, the RE/MAX office has flourished, currently boasting a team of 14 realtors and capturing an impressive 63% market share in the area.
As a Realtor and Team Leader, Brent is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and sharing his passion for the real estate industry. He invests his time, energy, and expertise to ensure a positive experience for each client. Recognizing the value of teamwork, Brent has assembled a successful and growing team of Real Estate Professionals who share his commitment to client satisfaction. For the past 15 years, The Melville Real Estate Team has held the distinction of being the top team in Morinville and consistently ranks in the top 5% of all realtors in the greater Edmonton area.
Brent’s community involvement is also notable. He has volunteered and sponsored numerous causes throughout his career in the Sturgeon County Area. He has served as the President of Sturgeon Minor Hockey and the Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Brent dedicated six years to the Morinville Town council, served as a former member of Morinville Economic Development, and has been the President of the Morinville Jets Junior Hockey Club for the past decade.
